I hate MOE. It's effing screwed up. I applied for refund of exam fees, they ask me wait 2 weeks for reply. 2 weeks later, I called seab, seab say they processing, wait 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I get a email saying that I can get my refund via mail 1 month later. Now it's 1 month. I got a letter, you will receive ur cheque one month from the date this letter was sent. WTF IS WRONG WIF MOE? Effed up. Bloody 3 months for a stupid cheque.. -.-

Had a nice emo session with zhu ytd juz to clarify some stuff.. I still think that u're worth every tear that I've cried.. Seriously, it's gonna be a year since I've met u.. Like OMG so long.. Time sure passes by so quickly.. I really want us to last.. :) ( and no I still dun rmb all the dates.. Like the anniversary, I only rmb it's aug.. Aug 8? T.T sorry..)

Had a weird dream last night, where all of my friends from sec sch, pri sch, jc and SIM studied tgt and we had this outing to Orchard Ion. Weird right.. Some friends whom I haven't spoken with for a LONG time, others I wish I could meet up and chatchat for a catching-up session.. I'm like thinking super far ahead, whr I plan my 21st bday and everyone's there at some chalet I've booked.. Haha..
